Harry P. Kotseas, Esquire
Attorney Kotseas has been in the practice of law for approximately 30 years and has concentrated primarily in the areas of real estate representation, preparation of wills and settlement of estates. He attended Suffolk University, Boston MA and Suffolk Law School earning his Juris Doctor degree and becoming a member of the Massachusetts Bar in 1975. Attorney Kotseas is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Worcester County Bar Association, the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association. Cheryl J. Morrill, Esquire
Attorney Morrill joined the firm in May, 2002 and has been practicing law since 1997. Her practice concentrates primarily in the areas of Real Estate, Land Use, Wills and Trusts, and Family Law. Cheryl is also responsible for overseeing the firm's title abstracting subsidiary, Highland Title & Closings. She received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Worcester State College, and her Juris Doctorate from Massachusetts School of Law. Rita E. Kaouris, Esquire
Attorney Kaouris joined the firm in April, 2004 and has been practicing law since March, 2005. She has concentrated primarily in real estate conveyancing. Prior to passing the bar exam in February, 2004, she worked as a legal assistant for a family law attorney. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2000 and a Juris Doctorate degree from Southen New England School of Law in 2003, where she served as the Student Bar Association Vice-President, a member of Delta Theta Phi National Law Fraternity, the Legal Association of Women and Academic Mentor Program. She became a member of the Massachusetts bar in June, 2004. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She resides in Worcester, Massachusetts. Angela Yacuzzi
Angela joined the firm in 1990 and in addition to maintaining office procedures, she is responsible for all bookkeeping and assisting with new construction clients. She lives in Oakham with her husband, Vincent and their two sons. She graduated high honors from North High School and with an accounting degree from New England School of Accounting. Terry Alexander
Terry joined the firm in March, 1998 and is coordinator of the mortgage department. She is responsible for the mortgage department staff and assisting lenders, buyers, sellers, realtors and attorneys through a successful closing process. Terry has an Associate of Science degree in legal/executive office management. She has over 15 years experience working in both the legal and corporate fields. She resides in Douglas. Christine Kearns
Chris joined the mortgage department in April, 1995. Her 20 years of experience in the real estate field make her an integral part of the closing team. Chris resides in Shrewsbury with her family. Chris can be reached at chris@kotseas.com.

Linda Benson
Linda joined the firm in April, 2000 and works with the real estate department. She has worked in the real estate field since 1984. She has 5 years experience working with a real estate sales office and has over 15 years of experience working for attorneys assisting with the representation of buyers and sellers. Dawn Brooks
Dawn joined the firm in July, 2003 and assists with the representation of buyers and sellers in the real estate department. She is a graduate of Quinsigamond Community College where she received an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice fiom Worcester State College. Gladys Rosa
Gladys has been with the firm since April, 2003 and is the receptionist. Gladys is also responsible for post closing documents for the mortgage department and is an integral part of the office. Sharon Kotseas
Sharon has worked part time in matters involving post-closing and final documentation for years. She has expertise in obtaining outstanding title documentation such as mortgage discharges and other documentation necessary to clear defective titles.
